Habitat for Humanity Internationalis looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Resource Development and Communications team.
This position is to be based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
What would be your responsibilities?
Provide administrative support to our Resource Development and Communications teams, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling a variety of correspondence.
Actively assist in the planning and coordination of regional conferences and other events, which involves tasks like booking travel, securing accommodation, and selecting suitable venues.
Efficiently handle travel arrangements for team members, including processing visa applications, arranging hotel and flights through our travel agent and managing expense reports.
Maintain and update our donor database tracking fundraising activities and potential opportunities.
Handle document mailing and printing, communicate with various vendors
Provide valuable support for both teams’ projects and research endeavors.
High-school Diploma
3-5 years of experience in administration/team assistant/executive assistant role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Fluency in English
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Experience in international corporate environment is a plus
