As a Fundraising Operations Coordinator, you will strengthen Habitat for Humanity International’s (HFHI) fundraising efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.

The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience. We offer a competitive, comprehensive benefits package. The monthly gross pay starts at 1 590 EUR / month (based on previous experience + benefits).
This position is based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
What would be your responsibilities?
You will play a central role in aligning fundraising teams across the region toward shared revenue goals. Your work will directly support corporate and major donor fundraising through coordination, reporting, and the creation of high quality donor facing materials.
Resource Development Tracking & Reporting
• Maintain regional monthly pipeline and revenue updates (6 fundraising entities + 6 CEE national offices) for global and regional management.
• Enter data and keep accurate donor and prospect records in HFHI’s database.
• Maintain accurate income records and support quarterly reporting.
Coordination Across Fundraising Entities
• Manage the global match funding grants database, ensuring accurate and up to date information and coordinating with fundraisers and national organizations.
• Support the Corporate & Major Donor Community of Practice by developing fundraising content and donor facing marketing materials.
Administrative & Operational Support
• Assist with drafting documents, presentations, meeting coordination, and maintaining online filing systems.
• Education: University Degree (minimum Bachelor’s) in: Business, Management, International Development, International Relations, or other related fields.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience withing a corporate or NGO environment
• Strong data analysis, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and MS Teams
• A positive attitude, collaborative and team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn
• Experience in international environment is a plus
• Ability to use AI tools to draft, refine, and personalize donor marketing materials is a plus
