HR Partner

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized HR Partner to join our team in a unique research institute and drive strategic HR initiatives that foster a positive and innovative workplace.

Responsibilities:

• HR consulting - act as an advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters

• Implement and improve HR policies and HR processes

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

• Support for daily HR agenda and manage whole work cycle of employee (onboarding, changes, offboarding) 

• Drive talent acquisition and employer branding

• Drive and actively participate in HR projects

Personality Requirements and Skills:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Fluent Slovak and English

• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks

• Excellent knowledge of Slovak Labor Code

• Flexibility, responsibility, and a high level of commitment
