
Assist in organizing roundtables, conferences, and other events involving experts and policymakers
Participate in networking activities and meetings with researchers, policy experts, and alumni working in Brussels
Monitor EU policy developments, committee activities, and trilogue negotiations
Support administrative tasks, including contact management, meeting logistics, and reporting
Contribute to communication activities, including newsletters, social media content, and publication of at least one blog post
Support research and policy-related activities focused on EU affairs and Central Europe
Attend conferences, policy discussions, and stakeholder meetings
Internship duration: 3–6 months (exact dates negotiable)
Working hours: 20–30 hours per week in the Brussels office

University students pursuing a master’s degree or in the final year of a bachelor’s degree, or recent graduates
Academic background in International Relations, European Studies, Political Science, Economics, or a related field
Fluent English (written and spoken); knowledge of Czech, French, or German is an advantage
Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and policy areas
Experience in organizing public events is welcome
Experience with graphic design and/or visual content creation is an advantage
Interest in EU affairs, particularly policies related to the Czech Republic and Central Europe
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a small international team
