
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to VMS, parking, and access control systems. You will provide support both remotely and in person, collaborating with colleagues to diagnose and solve problems efficiently.
Perform the installation and configuration of hardware and software, ensuring all systems meet organizational standards.
Maintain and administrate the Access, Parking, and VMS modules of the More mobile app. You will also be responsible for the functional design of new integrations and coordinating implementation projects.
Provide 2nd-level support for mobile app users and access control systems across all HB Reavis international markets.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and support procedures. You will act as a guide for colleagues, helping them navigate and resolve technical issues.
Responsible for building and delivering monthly access and parking usage reports.
University degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
2-3 years of experiences in similar field.
Microsoft Office - intermediate
Microsoft Excel - advanced
Networking LAN/WAN - basic
Experiences with Access control, CCTV or Visitor systems are advantage
Experiences with API integrations
Proven experience and technical knowledge within the IT Security domain.
Advanced proficiency in English is essential for daily communication within our international environment.
Strong analytical thinking, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage technical projects from design to execution.
