Provide administrative support: assisting with the invitation process, maintaining calendars, and managing the stakeholder database
Support event coordination for high-level meetings and public events
Assist in fundraising efforts by identifying and tracking funding opportunities
Contribute to the research and policy work of the team: background research, reviewing policy outputs and publications
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Democracy & Resilience department. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about democratic governance, European affairs, and civic resilience, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in policy work, research, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
You are someone who:
Has excellent command of English (C1+), both written and spoken
Is currently studying or has recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or higher
Pays strong attention to detail and takes pride in delivering quality work
Is comfortable with administrative tasks and working with documents, lists, and databases
Communicates clearly and confidently
Has a can-do attitude and enjoys being helpful
Is based in Brussels or can work remotely from a European time zone
