
Before the Forum:
Help us keep the Side Sessions agenda on track
Communicate with Side Session owners
Support the team with admin tasks
Working with our internal scheduling system
Assist with participants coordination and tracking
During the Forum:
Be on-site at the Side Sessions Infopoint
Provide ad hoc support to the team, speakers, and partners during the event
We are looking for a reliable and proactive student who:
Reacts quickly and stays organised
Is always ready to help and take initiative
Can work under pressure, especially during busy event days
Is able to support on-site interns when the coordinator is unavailable
Availability is key — we are ideally looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, preferably from February.
Please note that on-site participation during GLOBSEC Forum is required, tentatively starting from 15 May in Prague.
