You’ll join the team behind generatio - an AI-first engine for creating and scaling hyper-personalized B2C products (one of the first is magicalcolorbook). We move fast, iterate constantly, and run multiple projects in parallel. This role exists to free up senior team members by delegating reliable execution and campaign support - so we can ship more, iterate faster, and make decisions based on real data.
The work split is roughly:
60% operations / execution
40% marketing support
Operations (approx. 60%):
Execution support for launching new products and projects (checklists, coordination, QA of outputs)
Supporting new market launches - localizations, domains, basic setup checks, proofreading translations and on-site copy
Using AI tools for content tasks - copywriting, translations, text variants, simple content prep
Helping build/update websites and landing pages (e.g., using Lovable AI builder) based on clear instructions
Reporting and data work (Google Sheets/Excel) - collecting results, summaries, status updates
Marketing support (approx. 40%):
Preparing campaign inputs (copy, creatives, variants, UTM links, naming conventions)
Setting up and managing Google Ads / Meta Ads campaigns based on clear inputs and templates
Basic performance checks and reporting (what’s running, what’s not, what needs adjustments)
The goal is not to “invent marketing from scratch,” but to execute reliably, keep things organized, and help us test and scale new products and markets efficiently.
We’re looking for a student who is primarily a reliable executor - someone who delivers based on clearly defined goals and tasks (this is not a role focused on coming up with new ideas).
Required skills and mindset:
Strong reliability, ownership, and the ability to complete tasks end-to-end
Structured work habits (checklists, deadlines, keeping systems and data organized)
Attention to detail and a focus on minimizing mistakes
Ability to work independently and provide clear status updates / reporting
Basic data handling (Google Sheets/Excel) and comfort with numbers
Interest in performance marketing (Google Ads / Meta Ads) and willingness to learn on real data
Practical experience with AI tools and prompting to speed up work (important)
Practical requirements:
Minimum 20 hours per week during normal business hours (for teamwork)
Strong preference for on-site work; hybrid can be discussed if needed
Real-world experience, not a “marketing side job” - you’ll work on products that are actually live, selling, and scaling across multiple markets, with real data and real impact.
AI-first environment (2026 skills) - you’ll learn how to use AI tools and prompting in practice (copy, translations, workflows, automation), not just theory.
Daily collaboration with the CEO - fast feedback, clear priorities, minimal bureaucracy, and a steep learning curve.
Hands-on growth - you’ll start with clearly defined tasks, and if you deliver consistently, you’ll earn more ownership and responsibility over time.
A strong mix of operations + performance marketing - you’ll build a broad foundation (ops, websites, localizations, campaigns), which is valuable for future roles.
Student-friendly flexibility - we can adapt to your schedule, ideally within normal business hours to keep teamwork smooth.
Fair pay with upside - starting at €6/hour, increasing to €7/hour based on results, milestones, ownership, and independence.
CEO, Ondrej Čapkovič
