Are you ready to begin your career as a Learning & Leadership Development Support in our training team? This team takes care of all development activities in the Bratislava center. They plan courses and at the same time create new ones in accordance with the needs of our employees. You will be in daily contact with internal lecturers and external suppliers. Almost the entire team is based outside of Slovakia, so you will use English exclusively for communication.

YOUR MISSION:

• Administration related to organizing local courses.

• Ensuring smooth running of personal training sessions.

• Preparation of training materials.

• Work with our internal learning system.

• Active communication with faculties and Accenture employees.

• Active university student (ideally in 2nd year).

• Advanced level of English and Slovak (spoken and written).

• User knowledge of Excel.

• Reliable, independent, organized and detail oriented.

• Ability to meet deadlines.
