Job description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. The position is to tackle the European market, based onsite in Bratislava.

By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.


  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations

  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

  • Individual contributor, build pipeline and execute cold email and calls

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Who are we looking for


  • 2-3 years' quota carrying sales experience

  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems

  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Other languages a plus but not essential)

  • Includes competitive bonus structure (salary range includes mix of base and OTE)

  • Salary based on experience
