Conduct research on hemp, cannabis, cannabinoids and related topics, reviewing scientific literature to identify credible evidence supporting health-related claims and internal background materials. Translate complex findings into clear, evidence-based articles for the company’s website and accessible information for a general audience. Previously managed social media communication, including copywriting, product photography and visual content creation, supporting a consistent and informative brand presence.

Founded and developed @theselittletiny, a conceptual photography project using miniature figures and edible landscapes to explore everyday stories, visual contrasts and environmental themes. Responsible for concept development, set styling, photography, creative direction and social media publishing. The project also uses visual storytelling to draw attention to selected environmental and social issues in an accessible and imaginative way.

Led the delivery of a selective mentoring programme, coordinating participant journeys, hybrid events and engagement with senior professionals and executives. Facilitated more than 100 mentor–mentee matches and developed automated tracking and workflow systems to improve matching, data accuracy, reporting and platform visibility. Used programme data, participant feedback and impact indicators to improve user experience, reporting processes and overall programme delivery. Monitored programme progress, managed stakeholder relationships and supported community building across the mentoring network.

Coordinated daily operations across GROWNi.sk, a platform connecting more than 500 mentors, 1,000 volunteers and 600 NGOs. Supported mentoring and expert-volunteering programmes by managing participant communication, customer support and programme administration. Maintained and analysed platform data using Firebase, Google Data Studio and Excel to improve reporting, data accuracy and operational efficiency. Automated selected administrative and tracking processes to reduce repetitive manual work, improve data consistency and support smoother programme delivery.

Supported the day-to-day operations of a growing product-based business, including customer service, order fulfilment, product assembly and general administration. Managed and updated the Shopify store, supported social media and marketing channels, and helped ensure accurate product information and smooth customer journeys. Assisted across operational priorities as needed, contributing to efficient order processing, customer satisfaction and overall business delivery.

Researched circular product-return and reuse systems to extend product life, reduce waste and support circular-economy objectives. Reviewed operational options for product collection, refurbishment and redistribution, and translated findings into practical recommendations for the business. Supported the development of a more sustainable product life-cycle approach by considering environmental impact, customer participation and operational feasibility.

Worked as part of a student consulting team supporting Nutrition Scotland, a social enterprise, through a live client project. Collaborated with team members to research the organisation’s needs, analyse information and develop practical recommendations supporting its social-impact objectives. Participated in project planning, client communication and the preparation and presentation of the team’s final findings.
