Responsible for leading the transformation of a 500 person engineering organization in Slovakia by embedding AI into how we develop and work. Focused on integrating AI within PLM process and across the broader organization to drive measurable productivity gains and continuous improvement.

Leading an organization of 30+ professionals, including two sub-organizations with dedicated team leads. I oversee software development teams working on eHealth Solutions, AI Rad Companion and various innovation prototypes to enhance clinical workflows with the help of AI.

Leading an organization of ~20 individuals consisting of software developers, scrum masters, and product owners developing eHealth Solutions. I'm responsible for ensuring that the team is engaged, motivated, and performing at their best, while fostering an open culture, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Scrum Master on a tele-health platform called teamplay myCare Companion. Responsibilities: ▪ Making sure the team can work effectively and has all the resources needed ▪ Leading and facilitating the meetings ▪ Dealing with stakeholders (expectation definition, timeline definitions, process definitions, quality expectations, etc., … ) ▪ Helping in the hiring process of new colleagues

Developer on a tele-health platform called teamplay myCare Companion. Technology stack: ▪ Web application for the medical staff developed in python django framework. Parts of the application were build in Angular 11 to offer a better UI experience ▪ Patient facing application built with Java for Android ▪ Other technologies used for managing and deploying the solution: Azure, PostgreSQL, RedHat, Ubuntu Azure devops used for managing code base, CI/CD pipelines, project management, task scheduling, Wiki etc. Working in an international team with members from Slovakia, Germany and Italy. Daily communication in English.

Full stack developer on a medical cloud platform called teamplay. Technology stack: ▪ Client side of the application developed by using Angular8, Angular CLI, HTML, Sass ▪ Backend was built by using .NET core, Azure, CosmosDB, Application Insights, Docker ▪ Unit testing with the help of Jasmine, Karma and MSTest ▪ Integration and UI testing by using Selenium, Gherkin, Specflow Used architecture/development patterns: ▪ Microservices ▪ Application of TDD and BDD principles ▪ CI/CD with multiple pipelines Azure devops used for managing code base, CI/CD pipelines, project management, task scheduling, Wiki etc. Working in an international team with members from Slovakia, Germany and India. Daily communication in English.

Development of large single page web applications using technologies like: AngularJS, React, Redux, Less and Sass. Testing experience: ▪ Unit testing with Jasmine and Karma ▪ Integration testing with Selenium Using JIRA for project management and task scheduling.
