V Kodani som vyštudovala Bakalárske aj Magisterské štúdium a teraz pracujem v jednej z najväčších Škandinávskych bánk ako Digital Portfolio Manager. Prvé pracovné skúsenosti som získala v start-upe ako Product Designer a potom som prešla do korporátneho prostredia finančnej inštitúcie. Vždy ma veľmi bavil digitálny dizajn a customer experience. Mojim poslaním je podieľať na vytváraní digitálnych produktov, ktoré nám uľahčujú život. Raz by som tieto skúsenosti chcela využiť aj na zlepšenie digitálneho prostedia pre Slovenského občana.

Enabling performance management and delivering of Nordea Digital strategy by establishing outcome focused Objectives & Key Results and aligning development roadmaps for better tracking, increased transparency and improved decision making. Strengthening innovation culture by planning & hosting cross-organizational hackathons focused on improving customer experiences (in 2021 we held a hackathon where 70 people (14 teams) including developers, designers and business people worked together to solve problems and deliver business value).
