Prečo chcem byť mentorom/kou

Posobim ako HR profesional v sektore IT / Technology takmer 25 rokov. Mam skusenost v riadeni zmien v organizacii, sprevadzanim ludi tymito zmenami a celkovo ma motivuju zmeny a transformacia, lebo verim, ze je to cesta k lepsiemu stavu v buducnosti. Osobne sa venujem joge, ajurvede a zdravemu zivotnemu stylu. Ak potrebujes pomoct v temach ako riadit zmenu, ci uz na urovni osobnej, alebo timovej alebo firemnej, rada pomozem.
