Over the past 20 years, I've built my career around three things I genuinely enjoy: growing businesses commercially, working with people, and making the numbers work. I've led some of the most complex commercial transformations in CEE — at Microsoft, where I scaled a €300M subsidiary to consistent double-digit cloud growth and repositioned 3,000+ partners; as CEO of Towercom, where EBITDA grew from €16M to €22M and we secured €100M+ in long-term contracts; and across T-Mobile and Slovak Telekom, managing P&Ls up to €750M through four M&A integrations. One thing I've learned from all of it: a strong strategy is only the starting point. The real work happens when you take it through the heat of customer pushback, market resistance, and organisational inertia — and still deliver. That's where I'm most comfortable. I'm currently advising AI-driven scale-ups on commercial strategy across CEE. As the Country GM of Microsoft Czech Republic and Slovakia, I led a transformative journey, driving cultural and business change across a 200-employee subsidiary. I spearheaded Microsoft’s cloud growth in both markets, achieving sustainable double-digit growth in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamics CRM, growing the topline consistently over three years from a €300M base. My role extended to transforming over 3,000 partners into cloud-focused businesses while ensuring regulatory compliance. Led strategic direction and managed the whole B2B segment, including B2B Marketing, ICT solution delivery, direct and indirect sales channels, call centers, and full P&L responsibility for managing subsidiary companies (Posam, CE Colo) on Czech and Slovak Telco and ICT market. Driving the growth of P&L margins and continuous decline of indirect costs. I managed all commercial operations, encompassing strategy, planning, product management, marketing, sales, and customer care for 1.8 million business customers. I led transformational initiatives that significantly expanded market share in new business lines, driving turnover exceeding €400 million. Additionally, I oversaw the successful integration of T-Mobile Czech Republic with T-Systems Czech Republic and GTS Czech, managing a team of over 1,000 employees while ensuring seamless operations and growth across these entities.
