work as Project Lead for Slovakia 2040 at the Slovak Academy of Sciences, focuses on the development of the national vision, co-creating the future scenarios, and shaping the process and methodology of the strategic document.

Currently working with the Bratislava City Museum on their new website, designing the process of a new visual identity, user needs and research, use of technologies and governance of the website. Designing No Idea Lab program for mid-career professionals looking to understand their work motivation, resilience, curiosity and new skills. Provided strategic consultancy services to startups, scaleups, NGOs and municipalities in: - digital transformation - digital strategy - external funding, due diligence for VC investments and expansion to new markets - technical assistance and mentoring - facilitation - design thinking and service design Key results: - Expansion to new markets for Prague and Bratislava based scaleups and new product lines introduced - Streamlined user experience for B2C apps in the UK - Successful series of ideathons for young people to engage them in public domain for 70-100 participants each - Digital transformation strategy for the city of Zilina in Slovakia
Goodbye Friends empowers people to face death with dignity, clarity, and emotional support. Our platform guides users through end-of-life planning with tools for funeral arrangements, legal affairs, and communicating final wishes, alongside psychological support for grief and loss. Research shows that those who plan ahead live more intentionally and leave loved ones with peace of mind.
Work package design and management (recruitment, comms) for 18 European cities across 5 regions, coordinating regional partners.
Istanbul Innovation Days 2025 was UNDP's flagship event on institutional innovation with over 300 participants from over 70 countries and 50+ speakers. The main goal of the event was to introduce institutional innovation as one of the new strategic offerings of UNDP. The event introduced five thematic areas of transverversal issues (such as time, care, heat, aging), technology, power and participation, alternative economic and finance models, looking beyond human and nature dichotomy and shared intelligence. Content partners of the event were Demos Helsinki and the Institutional Architecture Lab. My role was to: - Manage the event preparation and execution from co-designing the agenda, event flow, organization and logistics - Invite and coordinate speakers - Ensure great participants' experience - Collaborate on communications strategy - Collaborate with content partners - Coordinate UNDP involvement

Collaborate on DevOps transformation initiative across digital teams. Preparation of the flagship innovation event for external experience and series of co-creation workshops. Freya gives women and men more freedom to choose when and how to have children and cover them financially in case they experience fertility issues. More couples postpone having children past their peak fertility years to build their careers, seek education, or find the right life partner, the chances of having a baby the old fashioned way slowly decline.

As a Founding CEO of the Slovak Alliance for Innovation Economy (SAPIE), my role was to drive the growth, build the brand, international networks and create a valuable proposition for all stakeholders of an advocacy and networking platform for innovative businesses. As part of my role I have led the day-to-day agenda of the organisation, cooperate with the Board to plan and execute plans to improve the education system by connecting technical, creative and business skills, help to boost the startup ecosystem and innovation as well as support existing companies when taking their high-value added products to the global market. My achievements: - Organised business delegations with the official Slovak Presidential delegation to the US, the UK, France, Israel, Finland and Estonia, Bulgaria. - Organised more than 20 high-level events with key stakeholders impacting policies shaping the Digital Single Market legislation. Acted as a policy advocate for innovative businesses in Slovakia and towards the EU organisations. - Since 2014 the association grew from 11 members to over 55 member companies across the ecosystem in 2017. - I authored and co-authored 4 reports on the Slovak startup and scale-up ecosystem. Participated in innovation research in the EU.

TEDxWomen is a TEDx event organized by the Paley Center for Media that focuses on women and women’s issues. TEDxWomen type events are TEDx events hosted around the live webcast of TEDxWomen, and also featured local speakers. TEDxAdelaideWomen was one of many TEDx events happening around the globe between 30 November and 1 December 2012 that gave a local touch to the worldwide event. TEDxAdelaideWomen looked closely at the Space Between. Our speakers came from all walks of life. From a successful CEO to a humorous sex worker they all had stories to share. My role at RiAus, the national science hub in Australia, was to design and execute digital marketing strategy, including delivering new website, social media campaigns, increase awareness and drive traffic to our channels. During three years we have tripled the website and social media traffic and engagement at our events online and offline.
