I am an AI engineer, researcher, and healthtech founder working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, oncology, genomics, and clinical research.My background combines computer science with a long-standing interest in biology and medicine. I studied Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence at FIIT STU in Bratislava, where my bachelor’s thesis focused on weakly supervised segmentation of lymphocytes in breast cancer histopathology using computer vision and deep learning.As part of my current master’s research, I am exploring agentic AI workflows for DNA variant interpretation. My work examines how specialized AI agents and structured workflows can support the analysis, synthesis, and interpretation of complex genomic evidence while preserving traceability, reliability, and appropriate human oversight.Professionally, I have worked on applied AI, software engineering, and cloud-based systems, with experience across machine learning, computer vision, data engineering, and LLM-powered workflows.I am also building OncoSync, an AI-powered platform designed to help oncology patients find clinical trials relevant to their diagnosis and situation, while helping hospitals, CROs, and sponsors identify eligible patients more efficiently.I genuinely enjoy the technical side of building products: understanding complex systems, working with data, designing AI workflows, and turning research into usable solutions. At the same time, I am deeply interested in the broader capabilities required to build meaningful organizations and bring ambitious ideas into practice.These include leadership, strategic communication, decision-making, stakeholder alignment, organizational development, go-to-market strategy, and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.I enjoy working on problems where technical quality alone is not enough—where success also depends on understanding clinical workflows, regulation, incentives, trust, communication, and real user needs.I am always interested in connecting with founders, researchers, clinicians, clinical operations professionals, patient organizations, investors, and leaders working to improve how healthcare innovation reaches patients.
