My core competencies include process optimization, bottleneck analysis, strategy formulation, supplier management, 3PL fulfillment selection and evaluation, WMS/WES system selection and integration, and customized warehouse solutions. I apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and the latest technologies to every project, from data collection and analysis, to dynamic simulation and modeling, to successful execution and delivery. I am passionate about finding innovative and cost-effective ways to improve the performance and scalability of the logistics and supply chain functions.
