Leading multiple supply chain projects and planning. I have over two decades of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, spanning various industries and domains.

My core competencies include process optimization, bottleneck analysis, strategy formulation, supplier management, sourcing, demand planning, 3PL fulfillment selection and evaluation, WMS/WES system selection and integration, and customized warehouse solutions. I apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and the latest technologies to every project, from data collection and analysis, to dynamic simulation and modeling, to successful execution and delivery. I am passionate about finding innovative and cost-effective ways to improve the performance and scalability of the logistics and supply chain functions.
