Maja Mikitiuková

I graduated from the University of Žilina and spent my early career at Schaeffler as a traineer in the Schaeffler Academy department. There I discovered the power of education and working with students - and how it can inspire and motivate people ✨

Today I work as an assistant, but also as a student coordinator in the R&D department, responsible for organising the department and planning events and teambuildings for employees 🎉 I enjoy creating an environment where people feel comfortable and motivated to work together. Every event is an opportunity for me to bring people together and create memorable experiences.

I am passionate about continuous improvement and bringing creativity to my work. I would also like to develop my coaching and marketing skills so that I can contribute even more to the success of my colleagues and team.
