- Communication & Management: Manage day-to-day communication with over 200 international vendors in multiple languages to ensure successful product data delivery. - Content Readiness & Quality Control: Oversee and validate all product content (including images, descriptions, videos, and size charts) provided by suppliers to ensure accuracy and completeness before going live. - Launch Coordination: Prepare and coordinate all necessary product assets (photos, descriptions) for scheduled launches, strictly adhering to predetermined launch dates. - Stock & Visibility Monitoring: Monitor and prioritise products in stock that are currently not visible on the website (off-web products) to maximise online availability. - E-commerce Auditing & Correction: Perform continuous review and quality assurance checks of live products, actively identifying and correcting errors on the e-commerce platform. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with external teams (e.g., the department in India) on various content and product-related projects. - Data Integrity & Maintenance: Ensure high data integrity by managing and processing all necessary product information received directly from suppliers.
