Taking a long-planned break after achieving the goals I had set out 12 ago, reflecting, traveling around the world with curiosity and planning my next steps.

Teach For Slovakia is a member of a global movement in 33 countries, that work to enlist nations’ most promising future leaders in committing two years to teach in high-need areas, -- and in the long-term develop them into a force of leaders who will work throughout their careers to affect systemic change in education. Throughout two years, I've worked on developing my leadership skills & potential, but more importantly, I tried my best to teach young kids how to achieve their goals and become successful in life; as well as work with the community they live in. At my school, I established an open library, succeeded in getting students from the school to start reading and engaged them in reading contests, as well as lead a team of young girls with a poor socio-economic background to the victory of a national innovative thinking competition - iKid.

Setting up strategic directions in the fields of national education strategy, programme management & innovations/entrepreneurship

Managing projects related to knowledge economy development (in cooperation with strategic investors), high school curricular reform, participative policies related to defining and implementing strategies.

Overseeing the finalization of the new Slovak national primary education standards under the EU Recovery plan. Koordinujem finalizáciu vzdelávacích štandardov nového slovenského školského kurikula pod Plánom obnovy EU.

In a small team, being in charge of Operations means it's my responsibility for the company processes to work as well as possible, for people to perform and to feel understood and listened to, as well as to make sure our business grows on all fronts.

Grateful for the opportunity and inspired by my previous work in the educational sector, I'm now expanding my skillset. In Maxman Consultants, I deal with sales & account management, co-organising Slovakia's top HR conference - HR Leaders, and keep furthering my portfolio in training and development.

Podieľal som sa na vytvorení populárnej metodickej príručky pre OBN a organizovaní udalostí a tréningov pre učiteľov a verejnosť.

Communicating LOKO's agenda & ensuring efficient communication with international student associations & student unions. LOKO is the biggest university-supported student body in Leuven. LOKO International organises all aspects of international student life in Leuven and ensures cooperation between individual faculty student unions and their international students.
