After more than 17 years of working internationally and over 33 years of executive experience in finance, I now provide strategic financial consulting to organizations seeking to strengthen financial performance, optimize business processes, and build high-performing finance functions.My career has been built across financial institutions and industrial corporations, where I have held senior executive and C-level financial leadership positions. I specialize in financial management, corporate finance, business transformation, organizational restructuring, performance improvement, and strategic decision support.One of my proudest achievements has been creating a finance organization from the ground up and successfully leading a multidisciplinary team of 105 finance and business professionals in one of the biggest iron ore mine in Ukraine.
