I seek and facilitate win-win relationships between early-stage startups and investors. Czech Founders is a pre-seed VC fund aiming to make Czechia and Slovakia innovation hubs by supporting founders with big, hairy, audacious goals. We launched and delivered the 1st cohort of Sherpa Accelerator with 75% (3/4) of startups successfully raising combined €1,6m within 6 months.

Accelerace is the leading early-stage accelerator and pre-seed VC investor in the Nordics. We create startup and corporate winners by applying our experience of scaling 1000+ startups. Responsibilities: - Managing deal flow for acceleration programmes and corporate partners -> TetraPak, Per Aarsleff, Bang&Olufsen, and others. - Restructuring deal sourcing to launch the Venture Fellow program and manage 4 interns to become VC scouts (proud of all 4 for getting a job in a VC or startup soon after) - Scouting investment opportunities for the pre-seed VC investment fund (4+ closed investments) - Supporting innovation ecosystem through strategic relationships (all Danish university incubators, accelerators and TTOs)

The research was the basis for a strategy on how to increase customer acquisition and lower churn.
