Czech Founders is a pre-seed VC fund aiming to make Czechia and Slovakia innovation hubs by supporting founders with big, hairy, audacious goals. We launched and delivered the Sherpa Accelerator, with 75% (3/4) of startups successfully raising. Sherpa alumni have raised over €7m combined in the 2 years since. 2 years -> 4 cohorts ~ 400 applications.

United Founders is a pan-European venture fund and founder community (150+) backing the next wave of European decacorns. I was investing, fundraising and building community, travelling across Europe.

Accelerace is the leading early-stage accelerator and pre-seed VC in the Nordics. Accelerated Trustpilot, Penneo, Templafy, Donkey Republic… - I've run 1 cohort of accelerator and 3 corporate partner projects -> TetraPak, Per Aarsleff, Bang&Olufsen. - Launched the Venture Fellow program and turned 4 interns into VC scouts (proud of all 4 for getting a job in a VC or startup soon after) - Scouting investments for our pre-seed fund (sourced 3+ investments) - Built strategic relationships across all Danish university incubators, accelerators and TTOs for dealflow.

Had the privilege to work with the great professor Patricia Wolf on developing teaching material to fit the future of e-learning and creativity. Mostly read research papers on innovation management. Research Project on setting up more efficient and effective scouting of startups and VC investors (ca. 2 weeks - into 1 day => 10x faster) - expert use of database search (DealRoom), CrunchBase and PitchBook - sourcing of contact information (ca. 85% effectiveness) - prepared methodology of workflow - written instructions, teaching workshop

Working with PMs and the CEO on multiple programmes focused on SustainTech and Hydrogen. - Scouting, Tracking and Reviewing applications of start-ups applying for programmes - Led communication with founders, investors, partners… - I Hosted & Moderated 5+ live pitching sessions 50+ participants each - Networking and relationship building I reviewed Tech Tour's CRM structure and acquisition strategy of Investors with an emphasis on gaining Corporate VCs. The goal was to grow customer acquisition and lower churn. (didn't get to measure :/)

Market screening based on extensive secondary and primary research of the poultry industry. Development of marketing strategy focusing on price and entry mode. Considering how to save as many little chicks in the process as possible.

Probably the worst job I've had. Supported me in the 1st year of university and taught me the most important, GRIT Work schedule: 6 days a week, 2 - 7 a.m.
