I spent the last 17 years developing my passion for talent management and career development, from identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to their successful onboarding and further career development with focus on culture add, diversity & inclusion and retention.

I joined Google in 2015 and grew from a Recruitment Business Partner to Talent Lead supporting organisations of around 500 ppl to ensure we meet the hiring demand with diverse talent. That required strong understanding of the business (whether in sales, engineering or people functions), strategic conversations and decisions, building strong partnerships globally, thriving in ambiguity and having a problem solving attitude when taking over challenging projects while leading others. Whether it was about increasing the diversity of thought representation in business organization or leading the efforts growing an engineering org as a part of tech location strategy by 300% in a year while keeping DEI top of mind.

In addition, I have led key transformation projects in career development for INSEAD and Google leveraging HR project management skills. I am a certified Career Coach who enjoys helping others secure and develop their dream careers.

I joined at the start of a new talent advisory implementation to support growth at Lonza and contributed to scaling our team to 18 advisors in Switzerland while focusing on advisory approach and talent operational delivery. - Managed the full-cycle recruitment processes to hire the highest caliber of experienced candidates for Sales & Marketing and People Operations organization by designing and executing tailored recruiting strategies and working with and influencing leaders across the organization. - Supported People Operations organization of 400+ people as their dedicated Talent Lead; partnered with 40+ EMEA & US & APAC directors and managers to support their people plan & hiring for Dublin, London, Paris, Zurich, Munich & Tel Aviv’s offices. - Shared best practices and aligning on hiring with staffing partners across different offices and teams; Partnered with HR and L&D to ensure smooth onboarding for candidates. * Advised on compensation, relocation, immigration, benefits; negotiated the offers. * Managed projects for specific client groups to address complexity of senior hiring to decrease time to hire, make the hiring more effective, bring the diverse talent in, make the internal process more efficient and introduce pool hiring. * Acted as Staffing POC for MBA interns and graduates.
