Prečo chcem byť mentorom/kou

Chcela by som zdielat svoje skusenosti nadobudnute v zahranici a pomoct vnimat dalsim ludom potencial, ktory v krajine mame, a ze sa oplati zapracovat na tom, aby sme v nasej krajine mali buducnost. Odist na hotove do zahranicia hlavne v dnesnom geopolitickom kontexte dava voraz menej zmysel. Slovensko potrebuje viac ludi, ktori sa vedia povzniest nad atmosferu deziluzie a defetizmu: na zmene treba pracovat, treba prevziat zodpovednost nad nasou buducnostou. Chcela by som dalej posuvat tento mindset. Mne by program mohol pomoct budovat moje leadership skills a budovat sebavedomie.

Self-driven and hands on, I am a professional with a considerable international background and outstanding track record. I like to approach my work with a project management spirit whereby I oversee the process thoroughly and keep necessary ownership to lead it to a successful end. My creative side and analytical skills help me solving problems effectively, preferring innovation to a conformist approach. Together with my agility, this helps me thrive in the challenging work environment with overlapping deadlines. Through intensive work with client markets I endorse the value of communication and relationship management, knowing that understanding client needs can be translated into business opportunities. I am an independent worker which does not prevent me from being a strong team player, appreciated by my colleagues for always finding time to share my experience. At the same time, I am always eager to further expand my knowledge and take on new responsibilities which would help me excel in my job and develop to the level I aspire to.
