About the position

We are looking for a very well-organized individual who will become a part of our customer support team and help us manage our customer's queries. You will guide customers through the trademark registration process and closely work with the legal team, contributing to our goal to provide the best customer experience. Previous experience in the legal field would be an advantage but is not a must. We will help you with the onboarding process, and you will get all the support you need from us.
Your responsibilities
Help our customers understand the trademarking process and the importance of brand protection and thus will have an essential role in sales.
Proactively communicate with potential customers, answer their calls and emails professionally and provide clients with great customer support.
Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
Be the partner of our legal team to provide comprehensive legal advice, from thorough trademark research, through strategy design to dispute resolution.
Customer-oriented with great communication skills and sales-oriented mindset
Good problem-solving skills, process-oriented mindset, and good task management
Ability and interest in resolving customers’ concerns and answering customers’ questions
Previous experience with customer service (nice to have, not a must)
Good English in speaking and writing (C1 level)
Support in your professional growth, detailed feedback, and mentoring
