Be the partner of our legal team to provide comprehensive legal advice, from thorough trademark research, through strategy design to dispute resolution.
Help our customers understand the trademarking process and the importance of brand protection and thus will have an essential role in sales
Proactively communicate with potential customers, answer their calls and emails professionally and provide clients with great customer support
Keep records of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Be the guide for our junior colleagues in processing orders, forms, and trademark applications
Substantial work experience with trademarks or at least 3 years of experience in legal services - so the reliability in processes such as client intake, case management, and business operations is familiar to you
Client-centric approach, strong communication skills, and love for the challenge of meeting new people and winning them over
Independence, business-oriented mindset with the ability to take control of a situation, make decisions and anticipate obstacles
Task management and critical thinking
Fluent English in speaking and writing (C1 level) with a knowledge of legal English
