Talking to customers (a lot)
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that drive growth and improve customer experience
Outline a product strategy and create a product roadmap in alignment with business priorities
Manage product in a cross-functional team (User Research, Data, Design and Engineering)
Work closely with our marketing team on product launches
Use your knowledge, passion and creativity to generate new product ideas
Own features through the entire product lifecycle: ideation, discovery, planning, delivery and evaluation of the performance
You’ll be reporting directly to Head of Product
4+ years professional experience managing software products from inception through launch and iteration, SaaS experience welcome
Proven track record in solving user problems and taking product or feature from a concept to launch and beyond
Previous experience with leading cross-functional teams
Strong passion for product and building amazing things
You like challenging problems owning them from beginning to end
You’re open to feedback both from customers and internally
Strong leadership skills
