LEADERSHIP AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS I designed and delivered leadership development programs for future and newly appointed leaders, supporting 70+ participants annually, with approximately 30% of participants progressing into leadership roles within a year.

COACHING AND STRENGTHS-BASED DEVELOPMENT As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I have coached 160+ individuals using CliftonStrengths, helping them recognize their talents and apply their strengths more intentionally at work. I have also facilitated Gallup workshops for global leadership and expert teams.

PROGRAM AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT I managed cross-functional projects in career and leadership development, talent pipeline initiatives, employee engagement and organizational development, connecting people-focused initiatives with organizational priorities.

LEADERSHIP CONSULTING AND ENGAGEMENT I advised the Leadership Team on annual strategy planning and delivery, facilitated leadership meetings and offsites, and organized the Senior Business Forum for 200+ senior leaders.

TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE ONBOARDING I owned the training strategy for a business unit of 70+ employees, coordinated 20+ internal trainers, and delivered 100+ training sessions on insurance, reinsurance, data protection, ownership mindset, feedback culture and project management.
