In case Volkswagen rejects part or whole delivery, this is consequently booked in SAP with + sign. It is necessary clear such as items manually, which is very time consuming, it takes 8 hours to clear 10.000 rows.

SAP does not include such as transaction, which would clear all the open items on material number level. Instead, it is necessary to export the data into Excel, analyze it and manual clear. There are 200.000 rows today to clear, as this was not cleared since 2010.
