Som ex-študentom gymnázia a nadšený sociálny inovátor, ktorý si práve užíva naplno svoj gap year. Baví ma projektový manažment, psychológia, marketing, coaching... (je toho veľa :)) No mojim plánom je ísť študovať medicínu. Rozbieham aj vlastný projekt, aMANDA, ktorý je zameraný na neformálne vzdelávanie učiteľov na stredných školách. At Instaview, I managed LinkedIn content, graphic design, and the full production cycle of Reels, including filming and editing. I combined creative strategy with technical post-production to enhance brand presence and drive engagement through high-quality visual storytelling.
As the Head of Brand & Marketing for Jamm Coffee, I took full ownership of the brand’s identity and growth strategy. I managed the entire marketing ecosystem, moving from high-level strategic planning to the hands-on creation of content plans, graphics, and professional video production. By blending creative storytelling with data-driven advertising via Meta and Google Ads, I built a cohesive brand presence that scaled our Instagram community by over 2,100 followers in just six months. Additionally, I designed and launched a custom loyalty system to boost customer retention and bridge the gap between digital engagement and physical sales.
Developed a strategic employer branding concept for Innovatrics targeting Generation Z. Conducted primary and secondary research (surveys, interviews, and desk research) to assess brand perception and define the target audience of young professionals in marketing, IT, business, and HR. Analyzed competitor strategies and identified positioning opportunities. Proposed a creative, interactive campaign leveraging biometric technology and the company’s future headquarters to emphasize innovation and the “cool factor.” Created draft content, messaging, and visual prototypes using Figma and Canva. The goal was to increase brand awareness, strengthen emotional connection with Gen Z, and position Innovatrics as a future-forward employer of choice.

Part of the team HraBezHraníc at Constantine the Philosopher University. I create social media content (mainly Reels) and co-organized GameJam 2025, promoting youth creativity and collaboration.
As the DASATO Bubbles Coordinator, I managed the academy’s alumni network by leading a team of three ambassadors. I combined community research with project coordination to design activities that resonated with our graduates’ needs. By liaising directly with lecturers and managing end-to-end event logistics, I translated community insights into impactful networking and growth opportunities, ensuring the alumni ecosystem remained active and valuable.
In this role, I turned audience feedback into actionable insights that elevated speaker performance and strengthened partner relationships. I streamlined attendance tracking across event rounds, ensuring accurate weekly updates that informed decision-making. By scouting fresh initiatives and engagement opportunities, I enriched our internal newsletter and brought new energy to our community Slack. I helped launch interactive Slack channels that sparked conversations and built connections, while creating content and hosting online socials that kept the community active and inspired. I also played a key role in identifying and securing high-value partners and dynamic speakers, co-shaping the Nexteria Global HUB program to deliver meaningful and impactful discussions.
I contributed to SEO and PR strategies by identifying high-authority link-building opportunities, conducting email outreach, and co-creating guest posts in collaboration with internal content creators. I regularly used tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Buzzstream, Screaming Frog, and Google Sheets for performance analysis and technical audits. I also created content for X (formerly Twitter), published blog posts via WordPress, and edited them regularly. Additionally, I used AI tools to improve daily workflows, supported trending PR initiatives with industry experts, edited videos occasionally, and helped build partnerships with relevant SaaS websites to boost our digital presence. Through this internship, I gained a strong understanding of startup dynamics and developed a growth-oriented mindset.
During this internship, I developed content for Instagram and TikTok, handling everything from video editing to blog writing. My role involved conducting specialized research on facial palsy, which served as the foundation for creating accurate, engaging, and educational digital marketing materials.
I have been actively working on the aMANDA project - it is my own project. aMANDA is a non-formal education programme for secondary school teachers that I co-developed to support their personal and professional development. Teachers in the program go through mentoring, coaching, community activities and workshops. A key component is a self-development block that takes them out of the role of “just a teacher” and helps them rediscover their own identity and potential.
During the project with T-mobile, we had the task of improving the waiting system. During the project we worked on several surveys, my main focus was on the human (customer) perspective. We redesigned the branch design and also worked with different solutions for the customer greeting.
