This role puts you in charge of the communication with external partners meaning industry partners, foundations, supporters, members and associations (internationally and nationally based). You will play a key role in managing documentation and ensuring efficient operations within the partnerships team.
Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support for partner relationships and projects
Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner records, contracts, and contact databases
Coordinate meetings, calls, and reporting timelines with partners
Organization of internal and external events and seminars
Participation in guidelines preparation regarding partner-related activities
Support contract handling and onboarding of new partners into supplier systems
Cooperate with foundations on partnership projects and KInIT teams on partner-related activities
Help track partnership performance and compile regular reports
Our partnerships team is looking for a proactive and reliable Partnerships Management Administrator who takes pride in maintaining order and consistency.
High attention to detail
2+ years of experience in supporting projects
Prior experience in administration, customer relations, or partnerships with foundations is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines
A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work independently
Strong communication skills in both Slovak (C2) and English (B2)
