Your Responsibilities:
Coordinate operational and administrative tasks for GLOBSEC’s flagship events, including the GLOBSEC Forum in Prague, Tatra Summit, and Chateau Bela.
Prepare materials, including stakeholder and speaker research, invitations, email templates, briefing notes and lists of invitees, reports and other materials.
Communicate with guests, speakers, and other external partners before and during events, ensuring smooth coordination and timely information sharing.
Manage logistics for guests, including travel and accommodation.
Maintain and update databases and registration systems, ensuring accurate and structured data for event audiences and stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to support ongoing collaboration and future engagement opportunities.
Provide on-site event support, including guest arrivals, accreditation, speakers briefings, and real-time coordination during events.

Personality requirements and skills :
2+ years’ experience in project/event management
Educational background in International affairs/Political Economy/Security Studies is advantage
Advanced level of English (speaking, understanding, writing) - C1
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise, work under tight deadlines and operate independently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to think forward and work collaboratively as part of a team with a strong can-do attitude
