Job description

Your Responsibilities:  

  • Coordinate operational and administrative tasks for GLOBSEC’s flagship events, including the GLOBSEC Forum in Prague, Tatra Summit, and Chateau Bela.  

  • Prepare materials, including stakeholder and speaker research, invitations, email templates, briefing notes and lists of invitees, reports and other materials.  

  • Communicate with guests, speakers, and other external partners before and during events, ensuring smooth coordination and timely information sharing. 

  • Manage logistics for guests, including travel and accommodation.

  • Maintain and update databases and registration systems, ensuring accurate and structured data for event audiences and stakeholders.  

  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to support ongoing collaboration and future engagement opportunities.  

  • Provide on-site event support, including guest arrivals, accreditation, speakers briefings, and real-time coordination during events.

Who are we looking for

Personality requirements and skills :

  • 2+ years’ experience in project/event management  

  • Educational background in International affairs/Political Economy/Security Studies  is advantage

  • Advanced level of English (speaking, understanding, writing) - C1  

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail  

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills  

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise, work under tight deadlines and operate independently  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  

  • Ability to think forward and work collaboratively as part of a team with a strong can-do attitude
