We are looking for someone with strong trademark know-how and management experience to ensure quality delivery and development of the legal operations team. He or she should be good at dealing with problems, have a process-oriented mindset, and good communication skills. Someone who will:
Become one of the leaders of our legal team to provide comprehensive legal advice, from trademark strategy design to dispute resolution.
Provide mentoring and guidance to the legal team and help them improve their understanding of IP law as well as case and account management
Proactively communicate with customers and provide clients with great customer support
Keep records of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
Substantial work experience (5 years) with trademarks and IP law - so you have a deep understanding of trademark registration and dispute resolution process
Reliability in processes such as case and team management as well as business operations are familiar to you
Client-centric approach, strong communication skills, and love for the challenge of meeting new people and winning them over
Independence, business-oriented mindset with the ability to take control of a situation, make decisions and anticipate obstacles
Good task management and critical thinking
Fluent English in speaking and writing (C1 level) with a knowledge of legal English
