As a fast-growing legal-tech company, our goal is to make clients feel satisfied and offer them the best possible user experience. We are looking for a Head of Sales and Delivery who'll take a hands-on role in defining strategy related to sales, service delivery and customer support as well in its execution and will join Trama’s management team.
Improve our conversion rates and make sure our clients are happy. This will require you to design and manage pre-sales communication and customer support (e.g., improving processes related to communication channels or knowledgebase).
Manage and develop our customer support team. This means assigning tasks, dealing with escalations, coaching, and development.
Make sure Trama provides the best service proposition on the market. Decide which markets we should focus on and what our pricing strategy should be.
Take care of key accounts and develop and manage relationships with B2B partners (law firms/service providers).
Develop new business propositions related to IP products and services.
You have 4+ years experience with sales and/or customer support and you have excellent client management skills.
You will be working closely with our marketing and product teams and we expect you understand analytics/digital marketing/support tools.
You love getting things done, and executing projects from start to finish is something that inspires you.
You're confident in your ability to make and carry out independent decisions.
You see the big picture and still pay attention to details.
You're strategic and solution-oriented: You know how to monitor a project's progress while staying quick on your feet to accommodate change.
