As a Training and Development Specialist you will develop, manage and execute training and development programs for clients from pharmaceutical and biotech industries based in Europe and USA.
Researching training and development needs within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries
Organising and later also develop unique hard skill training programs to cover specific needs of selected professionals
Managing training budget; overseeing costs and ensuring overall profitability of individual projects
Collecting and processing feedback; implementing necessary changes to improve quality
Keeping up with latest trends in training and development as well as trends in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries
Hosting training courses for up to 40 international delegates
Proofreading and assessing training materials prepared by instructors
Performing other related duties as required
Excellent English (written and spoken)
University degree from recognized institution
