  • Managing smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis

  • Providing daily support to SuperScale members

  • Developing and maintaining trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues

  • Greeting visitors

  • Monitoring and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment

  • Implementing and maintaining office related procedures & policies

  • Develop and manage office files, records and documentation

  • Communication with suppliers

  • Purchasing

  • Correspondence & mail distribution, ordering courier services

  • Booking transport & accommodation

  • Support organising office layout & seating

  • Administrative support to other departments

  • Supporting employe on-boarding and off-boarding process

  • Resolving office-related malfunctions and responding to requests or issues
