You will be involved in almost every single action to make our colleagues successful at work from the first moment of onboarding until they leave us. Human resources coordinator facilitates all HR functions and programs for LEAF, LEAF Academy and Butterfly Effect.
Generally, you support people operations/ HR department in all issues raised by current colleagues and new hires, organize and schedule onboarding/orientations, recruitment, attendance sheets and coordinating other HR functions as a need rises.
Besides of other responsibilities she/he is responsible for:
Facilitating and coordinating human resources processes throughout the employee cycle experience.
Oversight, manage and update the onboarding/orientation program and offboarding
Prepare needed reports such as fluctuation reports, , feedback insights from new hires after one week up until exit interviews and creating statistics for head of People and Culture and senior management
Supports hiring specialist with preselection, advertisements, contacts, communication with candidates, while also supporting the hiring managers in the process.
Acting as a liaison between employees and other HR colleagues to resolve day to day HR issues
Resolving operation HR - related issue with all employees (LEAF, LEAF Academy and Butterfly Effect)
Ensuring the effective utilization and implementation of HR processes, programs and services
Answering employees' requests and questions
Assisting with the performance review and termination processes as needed
Oversight the agenda of both volunteering and internship programs as LEAF, and LEAF Academy, to include (contracts, timesheets, confirmations, letters and onboarding process)
Serve as the administrator of Nalgoo system
Advertising and coordinating job posting at Labor office
Oversight the BOZP agenda
Own, update and administer the Intranet of the organization
Update LEAF, LEAF Academy web, org. Chart as needed
Responsible for Expats agenda
Organize main organizational events (e.g., Christmas event of LEAF).
Advanced organization, communication and interpersonal skills
Very good knowledge of knowledge of the hiring and onboarding process
General knowledge of Labor law
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
MS/BS degree and experience in HR or related field
Passion for the LEAF mission, passion for the role/challenges listed above and alignment with LEAF values
