With that being said, you will be the front face and voice of the product. You'll be helping to solve all the questions and wonders of our users via chat, email, or phone.
Our tone of voice is chill, friendly but still very professional. Oh, and we use GIFs, just the right amount 🤓.

* maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers, ideally with a touch of humor
* communicate with clients and new leads on a daily basis mostly through chat support / calls
* respond promptly to customer inquiries
* acknowledge and handle clients requests, questions and complaints
* being a consultant / professional advisor when discussing clients’ needs
* first touch with our clients
* building and nurturing strong customer relationships
* educating customers
* generating feedback
* being the middleman between the product and clients
