Náplň práce

• Greet and welcome guests at our premises, provide refreshments to both guests and host
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Ensure the kitchen and common area is clean throughout the day, coffee machines, printers are ready to use in the morning
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries, send mail (from Post office in Vivo) according to requests
• Order office supplies, coffee and other refreshments and keep inventory of stock
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning for Top Management and other departments
• Assistance with internal events (Common Breakfast, meetings, and other events at our premises) – preparation of catering, meeting rooms, etc.
• Maintenance of Office car, loan agreements, logbook, insurance
• Updating protocol of devices
