We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst who will help us change the way we look at and utilise our data. You will be part of a brand new Data Team (consisting of Data Analysts, Data Engineers and Data Scientists). You will be the first Data Analyst in the team and have therefore a significant opportunity to grow with the company. 

You'll be able to work with a modern cloud tech stack, Tableau for visualizations, Keboola and Redshift (or Snowflake) on the backend, thinking of using DBT and working with various data sources as HubSpot, ChartMogul, MongoDB, MariaDB, ElasticSearch, Zendesk, Intercom, Amplitude, and many others.

What you'll work on:

• Create real-time personalized dashboards (in Tableau) with various metrics for different teams in our company through a deep understanding of each team’s needs and performance requirements

• Champion a culture of data-driven decision making within the product organization and educate the rest of the organization

• Perform the data science life cycle to deploy applicable and efficient solutions for the needs of the teams within our company

• Define standards and frameworks for data analysis 

• Design, reconstruct and improve our data storing systems and datasets which are a key is making data-driven business decisions

• Utilize your knowledge of data analysis to create reports and forecasts about our company's growth

• Cooperating closely with the Data Engineer and Data Scientist

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years experience as Data Analyst in SaaS industry

• You have experience with designing data systems

• You have a profound history in mathematics and statistics

• You have experience with creating real-time data visualizations 

• You have knowledge of key performance metrics in SaaS 

• You have knowledge and experience with Tableau

• You have experience with data warehousing and data visualization software

• You are comfortable with face-paced, always evolving environment

• You are an enthusiastic person who has a growth mindset and is able to adapt and resolve complex situations

You’ll get bonus points for: 

• Experience with SQL

• Experience with Keboola

• Good and efficient communication skills

• Creative and critical thinking
