Join Klaudia (recruitment enthusiast) and Linda (HR ops superstar) on a journey to double the headcount of CloudTalk by the end of 2021!

What you'll work on:

  • Recruiting/Headhunting for business and technical roles all over Europe,

  • Employer branding strategy to establish a good market presence,

  • Optimizing the onboarding process,

  • Supporting, consulting and advising the hiring managers at CloudTalk,

  • Building your personal brand and representing our company in the best possible light,

  • Creating a career development plan for our employees,

  • Building an extensive candidate database,

  • Creating salary average reports for various roles and regions,

  • Contributing to employee happiness,

  • Observing and implementing improvements relating to HR/People processes,

Koho hľadáme

  • At least 1 year experience with international recruitment,

  • Start up/Scale up experience is an advantage,

  • Background from SaaS or B2B company is welcome, but not a must,

  • Fluent English (C1),

  • Easy going yet ready to roll up their sleeves,

  • Creative in terms of how and where to find the brightest talent,

  • Team player (we're a small team that's constantly in touch :))
