In an effort to expand our Documentation team, we are looking for a new colleague to join us on our mission of unifying and centralizing company knowledge as a Technical Writer Intern. This is a paid internship position starting at €6/hour (£9/hour when working from the UK).

The Documentation Team is responsible for organizing and maintaining knowledge about our product. This includes documenting various product features and putting together business use cases to enable our clients to use our platform solutions independently. Used as a centralized source of truth by our clients, prospects, and consultants, our documentation is a central aspect of supporting our scalability and efficiency.
By taking on the documentation challenge, you will take part in the product development process and you will need to actively collaborate with specialists from different departments such as Product, Client Services, or Sales. This will improve your technical knowledge as well as your ability to ask the right questions.
You will be joining the Documentation Team at an exciting time - we are uniting our international teams and existing documentation across our three product pillars and we have a lot of ideas for interesting projects. We are aiming to make our documentation the best on the market, paving the way to Bloomreach’s IPO, and you can help us shape this ambitious vision.
Make sure upcoming features are documented before each product update. You will need to work with the product team to understand what changes are planned and how they affect the product.
Improve the documentation of existing features based on feedback from our clients, consultants, and the support team.
Write business use cases to enable our users to independently do more things in Bloomreach. You will need to work with our consultants to understand how features work and how they are applied in a business context.
Make Bloomreach more usable by improving the in-app experience and language used.
You will be passively exposed to technical aspects of the product, which can range from basic HTML, CSS and JS to working with webhooks, APIs or Jinja. It is up to you how much you want to learn by yourself or cooperate with our technical consultants.
Depending on your availability, there are a number of initiatives that you can own and push forward, such as improving user onboarding, using Bloomreach to analyze engagement with our documentation and implement automated communication with users, and much more.
