Become a Product Marketing Manager for Bloomreach and help us go-to-market with the latest innovations in Bloomreach Engagement (formerly Exponea), the industry leading marketing automation solution for Commerce. You will work directly with the product marketing lead and the product team that founded Exponea (acquired by Bloomreach) to support go-to-market for one of Bloomreach Engagement’s Email, SMS, or Web Personalization solutions.
Your job will be to:
A. Understand the market and the customer
Be knowledgeable about your product and articulate our value to evaluators, partners and analysts (vendor briefings, blogs, white papers, campaigns, etc).
Interview evaluators and perform win/loss analysis to understand market problems in order to support messaging around core differentiators
Research the competitive landscape and build collateral
B. Execute on the go-to-market strategy
Launch new features and position with prospects and customers
Work with the product team to identify use cases and achieve specific goals for product launches
Provide guidance on positioning and thought leadership to the content/ campaigns/demand gen team
C. Ensure success of the field team
Help our field teams tell the Engagement story with illustrative use cases, sales material, and participate in customer meetings when needed
Develop tools to increase sales effectiveness (e.g. x-pagers, pitch decks, trainings, etc) and support the Sales Enablement team
You have the following experience and qualities:
Professional:
Experience with one of the following marketing technologies as a user or vendor: CDP, Email Marketing, On-site Personalization, SMS & Mobile marketing.
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Management or Customer Success roles.
Commerce experience either as a B2C marketer or as a B2B professional selling to marketers is a huge plus
Technical aptitude and customer-focused
Previous product marketing experience is not mandatory, but a plus
Aptitude for story telling and simplistically communicating technical concepts
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or technical field
Personal:
Motivated, independent, and analytical
Great communication and writing skills. Public speaking experience is a plus.
Ability to contribute data-backed ideas and opinions
Ability to work with a global, remote team (team members in TX, CA, CO, WA, London, Amsterdam, and Bratislava)
