Job description

We are Bloomreach, an internationally renowned Digital Experience Platform. We are currently valued at $900M, after a $150M investment and acquisition of Exponea, the #1 CDP on G2crowd. We work with global e-commerce leaders and other top companies from all over the globe.

We’re looking for new colleague who will join us as Employer Branding Specialist. The salary starts at €1,200 and you can work from one of our CEE offices or from home on a full-time basis, you'll become a part of the PeopleTeam.

Your job will be to:

  • Understand the talent profiles for the organization and help deliver a robust employer branding strategy.

  • Help the Employer Brand Manager deliver and communicate the employee value proposition through various digital platforms by writing content and project managing the campaigns. 

  • Support in the delivery of campaigns to drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.

  • Help develop campaigns to build brand affinity and advocacy amongst employees; help build brand ambassadors programmes.

  • Create, uncover and articulate personal and inspirational employee stories to support the employer brand.

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of recruitment/talent marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum ROI and provide feedback of these results to stakeholders.

Who are we looking for

You have the following experience and qualities:

  • Recent grad / Bachelors in Marketing or 1/2 years experience in digital, B2B or events/content marketing  

  • Good understanding of the B2B tech space 

  • Understanding of relevant B2B marketing channels:

    1. Paid Media Advertising on Linkedin

    2. Social media marketing 

    3. Content marketing 

    4. Event Management 

    5. Email marketing 

  • Analytical & self-starting attitude, experience with coordinating projects

  • Project & Stakeholder management experience

  • Fluent proficiency in English

  • Willing to learn & excited to work for us 

  • Google Analytics and Hubspot knowledge would be a big bonus.

As the Bloomreach Employer Brand Specialist, you will work with our Employer Brand Manager  to design and execute a comprehensive, integrated employer brand strategy, creating and implementing tactics to build the brand in the talent marketplace and within the organization.

You will play a critical role in delivering events, campaigns and content all through working closely with our in-house marketing and recruiting teams. You will fully immerse yourself in data, write content pieces for our blog articles and social media channels, and communicate across departments both internally and externally to present on the employer branding strategy. Your day-to-day activities will be varied, you’ll get to pitch ideas for potential campaigns and have the opportunity to manage them from concept to delivery. 

Your success story will be:

  • In 30 days, you will get directly involved with all initiatives that the EB team is currently working on - content pieces, social campaigns and events

  • In 3 months, you will fully own an internal project 

  • In 4 months, you will kick off your first external campaign 

  • In 6 months, you and your team will evaluate & celebrate the success of your campaigns

Language proficiency

  • - English - C1 - advanced
