Job description

You are in the right place!  Bloomreach Academy is responsible for customer, partner, and internal product education. You would become an equal member of our team delivering your own projects alongside our Academy Operations & Content Specialists. You will have an opportunity to become an active user of all Bloomreach Solutions, that are Top rated on the international market.

Your job will be to:

  • Gain the fundamental knowledge of the chosen Bloomreach solution by having free access to all of our courses

  • Deep-dive and provide feedback on the existing course materials delivered by our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

  • Automate intensive 4-8-hour training course for Bloomreach’s solution, delivered to B2B clients. Includes scriptwriting, visual-board design, and live-session coordination.

  • Communicate with the vendor for course production, coordinating timelines, proofreading contracts, and organizing legal documents.

  • Ensure all materials produced by Bloomreach Academy comply with Bloomreach Brand Guidelines. 

  • Maintain active cross-departmental communication with SMEs, the Content & Brand team, and our project coordinator.

Who are we looking for

You have these qualities and experience:

  • Eagerness to learn about new topics

  • Strong command of written English (B2+) - spoken is a plus
