In BBG, we are growing so fast that we need some help with hunting for the best talents out there.
Currently, we have more than 20 open positions and many more to come, so we are looking for somebody who is up to the challenge!
You would hire a variety of positions from blue collar to our top management locally but also internationally.
We are not looking just for a recruiter. We are looking for somebody with new ideas how to promote BBG and do things better. You would make your own recruitment and talent strategy for the whole BBG within CEE.
You would think strategically about talent acquisition and communicate it with our management.
You will be the 4th member of our HR Team and your duties will be:
- Supporting the whole recruitment process
- Job posting, writing job descriptions
- CV screening, conducting interviews
- Communicating with hiring managers
- LinkedIn Search and other activities to make sure we have enough candidates for all of our positions
- Talent acquisition strategy

You must have:
- At least 3 years experience with talent acquisition
- Strategic thinking
- Data oriented
- English C1
- Great communication skills – to be a diplomat
- Creative mind with drive to improve things
